A complete paper of 4~5 pages must be submitted no later than the 14th of April, 2026[extended]. All papers must include title, author name, abstract, first-level heading, and second-level heading(refer to file in [Download Template] above). The paper must be around 4~5 pages including abstract and reference. The submission should be accompanied by a brief autobiographical note within 100 words for each author, together with affiliation, and full e-mail address.

Notification of acceptance will be sent no later than 30th April 2026. For the required format, please refer to the file in [Download Template] above. Please note that the conference is place-based this year and will be held in person only at Seoul National University.

• April 14th : Paper submission at the ICER website

• April 30th : Notification of results

• May 31st : Registration deadline for presenters

2. Please do not insert any types of characters or font that is not commonly used. It might not appropriately appear on the software in the printing agency
