To register a conference by this system, a user account with your personal details will be created. Your user data, your actions and the results of your actions will be stored within the system.

Information stored in this system will be used exclusively in relation to this event or a subsequent event. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the organization of the event, for billing purposes, or for legal reasons (e. g. in the case of an external audit), but it will not be distributed or sold to other parties for other purposes.

Upon request, the organizers of this event will provide you with your personal data that they store about you, in writing. You can inquire where the data were collected, to whom they are disclosed and the purposes for which they have been stored.

Participants will only receive an invitation letter on payment of the registration fees - if requested on the registration form.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind and delegates are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate travel insurance in place. The conference organizer and local organizing committee accepts no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by you and/or people with you, or for loss or damage to your luggage and/or personal belongings. If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to icer@snu.ac.kr. However, cancellations made less than a week before the event will be non-refundable.

Variation of the exchange rate may influence the registration fees. The system will be updated accordingly and this may affect your initial registration rate.
