The abstract of the poster must be submitted no later than the 30th of April, 2026. All submissions must include title, authors, program, and abstract. The abstract should be a maximum of 500 and no less than 400 words (excluding references). 

The submission should be accompanied by a brief autobiographical note within 100 words for each author, together with affiliation, and full e-mail address. 

Notification of acceptance will be sent no later than 15th May 2026. For the required format, please refer to the file in [Download Template] above. Please note that the conference is place-based this year and will be held in person only at Seoul National University.

• April 30th : Poster submission at the ICER website

• May 15th : Notification of results

• May 31st : Registration deadline for presenters

1. Please submit as a Microsoft Word(.docx) File. Other file formats are not supported.

2. Please do not insert any types of characters or font that is not commonly used. It might not appropriately appear on the software in the printing agency.
